OUR EXPERIENCE

We have worked with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's) since 1978 and with SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisation) systems since 1985.

We have experience with a large range of PLC brands. The majority of our work being with Omron, Allen Bradley, Square D and Siemens.

We have used Wonderware Intouch and Citect Scada systems. PCI Systems is a Wonderware Intouch registered Systems Integrator.

We have provided our services to the following industry areas;

- Mining, Sewerage Treatment, Water Treatment, Air Conditioning Standby Power Generation, Materials Transportion, Entertainment, Flour Milling, Aqua Culture Food Production, Dairy, Meat, Sugar, Plastics, Oil, Paper, Aviation Fuel Depots, Building Services, Energy Management and Pharmaceutical.

PCI Systems has to date programmed and commissioned over 25 SCADA type systems with PLC input output (I/O) counts ranging from 100 to 800. These have been in the Paper Industry, Standby Power Generation, Materials Transportation, Flour Milling, Aqua Culture Food Production, Tunnel Ventilation, Sewage Treatment, Water Treatment, Pharmaceutical and Sugar Milling areas. These systems range from a single PLC to six PLC's
